On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. MDT, AdvancedMD will perform scheduled maintenance on our API Gateway. This update will impact Third-Party interfaces but will not affect users of the Practice Manager or EHR systems.
Although unlikely, you may experience an interruption during the maintenance window. If you encounter an interruption, please stop the interface, wait five minutes, and restart it. You may need to force a log-in after restarting the interface.
This necessary maintenance will ensure that our service remains reliable and efficient. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience.
