At around 7:00 am MT, we began to experience issues where some ePrescriptions were failing to send. By 8:00 am MT, our technical resources implemented a fix and have confirmed that the issue has been resolved.

During this incident, some prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy multiple times. While the initial prescription was likely received by the pharmacy, the duplication caused Surescripts to return a failed prescription status. As a result, the eSend Status screen and Patient Chart may not accurately reflect the correct status. We recommend you verify with the pharmacy that the prescription was not received before resending any failed prescriptions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused.
