Update
Dr First, our PDMP vendor, is implementing a fix to resolve the issue with retrieving state drug monitoring data. Currently, we do not have an ETA for resolution. Our incident managers will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as additional information becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Due to an outage at DrFirst, our PDMP vendor, clients. are receiving an error message when retrieving PDMP state drug monitoring data. Our Incident Managers will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.
