End of Day Automation Failed

Resolved

On Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 7:00 am MST, multiple services failed to complete, which impacted the services listed below.

All asynchronous interfaces were impacted causing degraded service and delayed interfaces.
* Immunization Submissions – immunization submissions could have been delayed. Systems automatically resumed. No data was lost.
* HIE Processor – Delays could have occurred in records being picked up from the HIE interface. No data was lost.
* OpenEdge – Transactions were delayed, but processes accurately once the process was restored. No data was lost.

End of Day automation
* Users may have experienced delays in end of day automation processing, including day close and claims processing.
* Batches were closed as services resumed, this could have happened multiple times during the outage window.
* Cancel/No Show automations could have given errors due to no open batch. The resolution is to open a batch.
* Multiple claim runs potentially failing or completing depending on queued items. Refer to Claims Submission Failure notice for more details.
* Additional emails may have been sent because of repeated service attempts during the recovery process.

All services were restored at 10:30 am MST on Thursday, January 8, 2026.

No action needs to be taken. No data was lost.

If needed, you can run the process manually, or you can wait for it to run automatically during your next scheduled automation.
