On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. MDT, AdvancedMD will be making an infrastructure change in our API Gateway provider. This update will impact Third-Party interfaces but will not affect users of the Practice Manager or EHR applications.
Although unlikely, you may experience an interruption during the maintenance window. If you encounter an interruption, please stop the interface, wait five minutes, and restart it. You may need to log back in after restarting the interface.
