Our third-party communications partner is currently experiencing an outage, which is impacting our phone and chat capabilities. As a result, you might experience longer wait times. We are working with our partner to restore service. Our Incident Managers will continue to provide updates here as additional information becomes available. As a workaround, users can ask their question to our knowledge assistant within our application by going to the Help menu and selecting Contact Support. Thank you for your patience.
